You're right.  It doesn't seem to be passing the URL correctly.  However, I found that if you copy/paste the URL from the error screen into your browser's address bar, it will pull up the system requirements.  Here is Inventor 2015, for example:

 

http://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/inventor-products/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticl...
