Hi,

I'm on subscription and went to download my ACAD 2011 version but it didn't work for some reasons I don't know so I ask for my physical copy. Got it earlier this week but... there's no serial number and no product number on my DVD case... on the yellow little sticky thing... it's blank... how m'I suppose to instal it? Can't download it and the physical copy has no serial... Can someone contact me please. See my contract profile. Thank you.

Your serial number is listed in your Subscription Center where you initially tried to download your product. If you have trouble locating it there, contact your VAR.
