No Product Code/Activation Key is given on student installation

When students at the college have tried to install autoCAD 2015 student version they are promt to install only a 30 day trial and the error message says their is no activation codes available and to try again or go ahead with the trial. As college students they do not want the trial. I have had students earlier this semester install autoCAD 2015 without this issue. It has been on going for about 3 days now. I work at the college and need to give students correct recommendations on what to do!

What is wrong with running in trial mode?

I routinely tell my students to NOT activate their license until the 30-day trial period has expired.

This gives them  a 30 day trial period to make sure everything is working correctly before activating the 3-yr student license.

Okay so how do they retrieve the code after the trial period?
