No download for Simulation Flex 2015

Hi

something on my PC blocks "install now" so I usually install Autodesk Software via browser download. But for Simulation Flex 2015 browser download shows a "file not found" error. Also "download now" doesn't work (neither for me nor for my fellow students).

Can you please check and fix your download center?

Hi @Anonymous and welcome to the Autodesk Community!

Try re-downloading following these steps:

• In the preferences or options area of your preferred browser, remove pop-up blockers and allow access to all *autodesk.com sites.
• In the preferences or options area of your preferred browser, delete cookies, temporary internet files, and history.
• Turn off your personal firewall or VPN, if you use one.
• Disable UAC
• Close and reopen your preferred browser.
• Re-download from the Virtual Agent

This should help with anything on your computer that could be blocking the download. Be sure to let us know how it goes! 🙂
