NLM upgrd error #151

I'm trying to upgrade my flexlm server for the 2011 version, but I can't uninstall the old or install the new.  Fails with "Error applying transforms.  Verify that the transforms are valid.  #151"

Please help.

Forget the installer, it is unnecessary.  Simply overwrite the four old NLM files with the new ones.  You can download the latest lmgrd.exe, lmutil.exe, and lmtools.exe from this site:

http://www.globes.com/support/fnp_utilities_download.htm

At the time of this post, the latest version is 11.9.

The adskflex.exe vendor file for Autodesk 2011 products is attached.
