New Network License Server

Hi

we are attempting to replace our existing license server with a new one. I downloaded a new license file from autodesk having entered the our Serial Number and Mac Address of the new server. The license file I recieved appears to work fine with Autodesk Revit 2013 but not with Autodesk Revit 2014, it errors 'a valid license could not be obtained by the network license manager'.

We have installed and used the 2014 versions of the CAD products licensed from our existing server, but to the best of my knowledge there is no way of changing the MAC address in the current file to access the new server. Is there any other way I could obtain a new license file for the 2014 versions of the CAD software..?

I have run the license file through the parser, and as I suspected it covers all the most recent releases except 2014. The question really is how do I obtain a valid 2014 license file for the new server other than by using Autodesk's automatic system. Our current file was obtained by the head of the department that uses the Autodesk software, but he is away at present.
