New license for replacement computer

I had to replaced my outdated computer with a new one and I am trying to request a new license since im getting "adskflex: The desired vendor daemon is down" in LMTOOLS. But when I log on to request it say my product key is not valid, which it most def. should be. Please help.

Also, FYI my old comp HD is currupt so retreiving and revious info from there is not an option. Thank you.

You might need to contact your Reseller about why your serial number is appearing invalid.  The most common reasons are listed in my hotlink in my signature.  Until you get a new license file, you will not be able to configure the LMTOOLS on a new machine.  If it is the same exact machine, you might be able to obtain your old LIC file if you have the original email from Autodesk containing it archived.  Just a thought.

See my Invalid Serial number link below.
