Hi All,
This is the first time I have tried to install a product suite and I can't get going, so be gentle!!
So, I have downloaded all the required files to a server.
I then extract the first file to my C: drive but I get the error message "This installation package cannot be installed by the Windows Installer Servce. You must install a Windows service pack that contains a newer version of the Windows Installer service"
Is there something I am doing wrong or do I need this service pack?
Or do you extract all filles to C: drive first then hit the setup exe?
Ta
