Network to Stand Alone Licensing

I am completely new to AutoCAD so please bear with me. We need to decommission the server that Network Licensing runs on and as we now only have a couple of AutoCAD2004 users have decided to set them up with Stand Alone licensing on their PC's.

Any help on the best way to achieve this would be gratefully received.

Darren is right.  There's no way for you to activate your network seats of AutoCAD 2004.  In fact, you would be doing yourself a great disservice by moving your network seats back to stand-alone.  You can, however, set up a new license server and poing your existing and any future installations to that server.  That would be your best bet since 2004 is a retired application.
