Network Licensing Problems

Currently we have Autodesk Education Suite for Architecture & Engineering 2011. W e have had it running for the last year. But recently the clients aren't able to obtain licenses from the license server. When I check the license server (LMTOOLS) and Perform Status Enquiry I get this following message:

[Detecting lmgrd processes...] License server status: 27000@cu-license     License file(s) on cu-license: D:\Program Files\Autodesk Network License Manager\Autodesklicense.lic:

cu-license: license server UP (MASTER) v11.7

Vendor daemon status (on cu-license):

adskflex: The desired vendor daemon is down.  Check the lmgrd log file, or try lmreread. Vendor:Host:   cu-license License path:  27000@cu-license; FLEXnet Licensing error:-97,121 For further information, refer to the FLEXnet Licensing documentation, available at "www.acresso.com".

Have your licenses expired?  Or has there been any other changes to the server such as change of server hostname, domain, or network card?
