Network licensing manager showing incorrect license in use

Network licensing manager is showing a license for 85788BDSADV_F is in use by a workstation however all licenses have been returned and none are currently in use. We have two available licenses but only one user can get a license. How can I reset this?

Your timeout is set for 2 hours. Can you lower it?

RK is right.  I would recommend the minimum (900 seconds / 15 mins)

 

Also, did you check the status enquiry to see if it is borrowed?  It will have the word LINGER beside the name.
