Not exactly sure what you're asking but...
If you're talking about installing new seats of the program on new/replaced workstation - You can install as many times as you want from the deployment. You'll still be limited to the number of licenses you have.
If you need a new license file because you've had to replace the computer you're using for the license server - You'll need to get new licenses from Autodesk. This shouldn't be a problem because they allow for things like this. You're not re-authorizing them like if you had a stand alone license, you're just getting a replacement file. If you have any problem try contacting your reseller.

Agreed. It sounds like you are describing stand-alone licensing and instead of network licenses. Are you getting any specific error?
