Network License Error [-96.491.0] Post for CaseNo:07996436

Dear Grace,

 

We experienced the error [-96.491.0] "A valid license could not be obtained by the Network License Manager".

Please noted that we use ocdc license server as single license server (where the floating license resides)

 

Kindly help to assist.

Our CFD 2013 was launched up by review host file and open firewall port to connect License server. Thank for your support.
