When we install Autocad 2009 in client file,we facing below attachment file problem ?

Is everything OK if you check the status on the
license server?

What happens when you specify the license server in
that dialog box?

From what it looks like the problem is that you're missing to specify where
the license server resides.
You can do this by setting ADSKFLEX_LICENSE_FILE environment variable to the
appropriate server host@port. This problem has been described in the
newsgroup just about one zillion times before.
