Ok, so after trying every little ( IE 8, 9, 10, 11, back to 8, java, windows updates, etc) tidbit I noted along blank activation window thread with no luck, I took the machine off of our regular network and connected it to a fully unblocked and unfiltered network. And surprise surprise the login screen shows up and I am able to log in and activate the products.
After researching it further we found out that we needed to adjust our filter and corporate firewall to allow access to the following domains and ip groups:
Enable http (port 80) and https (port 443) access to the following domains
*.virtualearth.net
*.cloudfront.net
*.google-analytics.com
*.akamaiedge.net
*.amazonaws.com
*.getsatisfaction.com
*.autocadws.com
*.akamaintechnologies.com
*.msecnd.net
*.microsoft.com
*.google.com
*.edgekey.net
*.newrelic.com
*.velasystems.com
*.nr-data.net
plus we needed to force access to the following IP groups:
23.198.147.18
23.235.40.175
23.235.47.156
23.208.227.18
In the end we had to open up all of the 23.x.x.x network.
And we needed to add 199.72.62.223 to our force open list...
The network security guys were less than thrilled here.

We can register our products, but access to cloud based tools for Revit are locked off from us 😞
I think there are a lot of companies and agencies having the same issues, myself included. AutoDesk really needs to have a good look at how these cloud based solutions affect people behind corporate firewalls. I know some people are having to do this work at home because IT says NO......
