Network deployment or Full install deployment??

Question to the networking gurus. We are running A2K Mechanical with Power
Pack. I know that having a full install on the users PC has better for
performance than having AutoCAD installed across the network. We have A LOT
of custom stuff as well as "standard" menus. I can easily administrate the
custom stuff (LISP routines, slide libraries, title blocks, drawing
borders...............), but how hard is it and what would be the best way
to deploy out standard menus. I was thinking about having ALL the menus
(even the ones that AutoCAD installs) deleted from the users desktop and a
copy of them on the central network directory. Then for them to customize
toolbars have a "personal" MNS file on the local drive.

Have I covered everything here for a full install on the local machine, if
not what else do I need to cover, or is there a better way to do what I want
to accomplish, which is keeping the user from modifying the "standard" LISP
routines, menus........

Thanks
