network and standalone install on same serial?

hello, i have a unlimited seat annual version of autodesk Design Academy, which includes AutoCAD 2007. i am currently running a network license manager with many workstations, but one of my clients needs to take his laptop home to work on a project, how would he go about doing this, and how would the license need to be affected or changed?

The laptop can borrow a license and can be used while off the LAN.

Otherwise, if you can't spare the license I suppose you can install it as a 30-day trial in the mean-time.
