Hi I am a student and downloaded autocad 2013 trial and autocad mecanical 2012 of student version

there are several problems for installation

<autocad 2013>

1. The white screen is appeared when I launched CAD

2. after 30 day, I want to activate it, but nothing appeared.

<autocad mechanical 2012>

3.when extracting 2012, at the end of the extraction, error massage is appeared.
