Have not received new software and our current lisence has expired......and its finals week...HELP

What product and which version do you have and use ?
When has expired your license ?
We are a technical college. We have purchased the AutoDesk Education Master Suite 2010. It expired on Thanksgivingday, Nov 25th while we were out. While we have already purchased the new 2011, we have not received it. I would like a 15 day extension on this version while students take finals. I just dont have a phone number to request an extension or temporary license. Thanks
