need activation key for autocad 2009

Hi,

Can anyone part of autodesk help me on my issues in reactivating autocad software? i am using different desktop unit since the old one was already defective. I only have here the serial#.

2. Select “Activation & Registration” or “License Management”


3. Select appropriate subtopics from the pull-down menus


4. Select “I Still Need Help” and then CHAT for personal assistance
