I found your case by researching your email address and I hoping to be able to process the activation for you. However, when I went to check the serial number I found that it wasn't in our system. I also tried searching for an AutoCAD LT 2010 license in the data base using your email address but found zero results.
Please double check that you have not transcribed any digits from the serial number in the case. If you are certain this is the correct serial number please reply to your case with a proof of purchase. If you have any other questions or concerns please let us know. Thanks!
