Navisworks Freedom Installation Error

I am having problems when trying to install Navisworks Freedom onto a colleague's PC.


The installer reports a failed installation each time with the error '[Error: 1060] The specified service does not exist as an installed service.' included in the error log.


There was no existing software of this kind already on the PC, all programs were closed during install and we tried to install 2 different files to ensure one was not corrupt/damaged. The machine was restarted each time.


We have successfully installed a 64 bit version onto a 64bit PC and a 32 bit version onto another 32bit PC, but not this one, so we are tring to install the correct version (32 bit) onto the PC in question.
