Navisworks Exporter Crashes Revit 2011

I just installed the current Navisworks export utility plugin for 2011 products, and as soon as the installation completed I could no longer open Revit Architecture 2011.  I was not working in Revit while installing the plugin.  Any ideas?

I have since uninstalled the plugin but can still not open RAC.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled RAC but still no luck.  What the hell happened?

Thanks.

Hi Alex,

The Navisworks support technicians gave me a couple of ideas on this.

First is to rename the CascadeInfo.cas file to something like CascadeInfo.bak then restart the application. You will find the CascadeInfo.cas file here:

     Windows 7 or Vista:

          C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Adlm\

     Windows XP:

          C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Autodesk\Adlm\

You may have a corrupt Revit.ini file. Rename this file the same way. Revit will recreate it. You will fint the Revit.ini file here:

     C:\Program Files\Autodesk Revit Architecture 2011\Program\
