Mudbox 2014 Activation

Hello,

I can't activate the Mudbox 2014 Education/Student Licence.

Screenshot attached.

- I uninstalled Mudbox and installed it.

- I used the reinstall function

- I used the repair function

- I have access to the ASR folder and there are files in it. (68 files)

(C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Adlm\ASR)

- I also tried to deactivate the network to see if some manuall activation prompt appears, but still the same message.

It's a windows 7 x64

Welcome to the community.

I would start by reading this entire thread:

Good Luck!

Thanks for the link but there's no new solution.

1.       ASR folder was not created during the install.

2.       Missing ASR files from ASR folder.

I have an ASR folder and I have files in it. And I can access the folder.

I also tried the "Take Ownership" solution. I've took the ownership of the Autodesk folger and the FLEXNet folder.

And reinstalled Mudbox. But still the same problem.

Hello. I would uninstall, then delete that folder in the other post. Then delete the TSF.data file on your machine. It will resemble this: ADSKFLEX_NUMBERS_TSF.data. It should be located here:

Windows XP:

Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\FLEXnet

Vista/Windows 7:

C:\ProgramData\FLEXnet

After these are gone, install the program and try to activate.
