mudbox 2012 failed installation

i am having a problem installing Mudbox 2012 on my Windows Vista 32bit. the installation process runs fine until about half way through the first phase of it. then i abruptly stops and says i have missing files and it failed to install. i downloaded the student version from the autodesk website (as i am a student) and did everything right, but get that problem. can anyone help me?

Please try to download the source again

 

Also please try to install the software in diagnostics mode as described here
