Moldflow beta appl couldnt be opened

I installed the solvers and insight synergy as per the istructions and registered it.got the license files and launched the network licenese manager successfully wit the license files. I couldnt open the appln from the desktop. When i try clicking it there is no response. Therer are two icons installed one is communicator and another one is synergy. I tried opening up synergy but no response. Need help guys as the program is expiring tomo.
