Missing part two of AutoDesk 3ds Max 2011 for students

I recently tried to install AutoDesk 3ds Max 2011 (the free trial for students), but the process stops and asks me for the "following volume" and I can't find it anywhere.

I hope you can help me.

You will need to log back in to students.autodesk.com and re-download the software.

I've done it several times and have had the same result.That's why I ask for your help. Please, I need the software
