When trying to uninstall 3ds Max 2010, Alias 2010 and Showcase 2010 I received an error, saying that .msi files could nout be found and the installation data could be missing. When searching for those files, I found there really are none.
I downloaded the programs from the students community and installed them from the download.
So what am I to do now?
Thanks,
Lisa
This issue is due to corrupted Windows Installer database or registry.
Safest fix is to get the installation source and run the setup.exe to remove the software.
In case if you don’t have access to the installation source.
Please try some manual clean up tools.
