MEP 2011 trial version

I downloaded the trial version of MEP 2011 to work with to see if I wanted to purchase, I laready have 2010 autocad lt installed on my machine, the trial never worked it always asked for a serial key or network key which I didnt have one. then when i tried to uninstall it gives me an error that it can't uninstall. Please help!!!!!!

This is a known issue covered by a technical solution which applies as well for the 2011 products.
Error during uninstallation of product
Please apply the solution to uninstall the product.
