Maya Error 20 on Windows 7

Hi! I've been battling maya's error 20 for the past three days, and it's really very frustrating. All the solutions online are for the Mac OS; and even when i tried those; nothing happened. Any help whatsoever would be deeply apprecated. This is the Message i get when i launch maya.
