Downloaded MAYA 2015 Student through browser download... was emailed 2 seperate emails with key codes NEITHER of which will allow install of

3 YEAR Studend version and ONLY allow 30 DAY Trial ???

Not enough information to act on. You either have an INSTALLATION problem or an ACTIVATION problem. Cannot tell based on your description. 

What is a "Key Code"? There are many different types of codes. Is this an "Activation Code"?

You say it will not allow the INSTALL of the program. But if you are seeing a 30 day trial, you have already passed the installation and you are trying to ACTIVATE. 

Can you verify you are already INSTALLED?

Can you verify if you were sent an ACTIVATION code?

When you paste in this code what does it say?

Is this a MAC or Windows Environment? IF you post any screenshots, make sure to blur the serial number or any Activation codes.
