Maya 2015 Student install fail - result = 1619 & 1603

Hello, I have been trying to download the student version of Maya 2015 recently. I already installed AutoCAD 2015 and installed then uninstalled 3DS Max as I thought Maya would be a better fit for me. My first two installations went perfectly, but I have been having many problems with installing Maya. I have perused through the forums, uninstalled all Microsoft C++ Visual programs it errors with, but to no avail. Here is the complete failed installation log:

 I would recommend that you try downloading your product using the virtual assistant by following the directions here:

I downloaded 64 bit Maya  from the virtual assistant. restartd my computer and ran setup. fails exctly in the same place with the 1619 error.

 

please advise.

Please can you tell me which of the "other install options" worked for you. I downloade from the irtual assistant and tried installing with no success.

I'm not exactly sure which one worked for me, but it was the one where you download the entire program instead of just the installer. I am not at my computer now so I can't tell you exactly, but if you can't get it by tonight I can.

I'm having the same issue. Has anyone figured out an exact way to fix this?

I'm on my 3rd computer ( goingback and forth to best buy)

thinking it was a computer issue.
