Maya 2015 serial

I just downloaded my student version of Maya 2015, and I can't get it to work. When I click on activate it says the serial code is not valid, even though it's the one I get from the autodesk website. Any idea of what the problem is?

Sorry to hear you'are having trouble with your software. Try re-downloading Maya 2015 from Education Community and install the software again. If this still doesn't work, please send a request to Student Support and they will be able to help you.
