Maya 2015 License issue

Hello there!

 
I skimmed through the other license issue posts on the forum, but I couldn't find Mac specific ones, and the startup error is a little different:

License was not obtained

License method:

can't determine license method

Product choice:

can't determine product choice

License file override:

environment variable MAYA_ALT_EN is not set

I also wasn't sure which Service Pack to try, or if that would fix it.. If anyone knows how to fix this, I'd be grateful. Thank you!

Wrong install version maybe. Uninstall and download latest service pack and install it (should be full program).
