Maya 2015 Installation stuck

Hi There,
I am a lecturer from Indonesia. I will install autodesk maya 2015 on my computer using free software for academic.I downloaded using a browser download. 1.8 GB installer file is finished I downloaded but the installation process stops and a message appears on my computer as shown below

I would like to ask if there are files left when downloading or is there any other problem

Please, disable your firewall and anti-virus programs and download the second part of the software from our Virtual Agent linked here (click on Download Links, choose product and version).
