Maya 2015 Error?

Hello everyone!

I have recently tried to download Maya 2015 I keep on getting the same error page (look at jpeg image attached). I am running Windows 7 64 bit and my subsrcription is with my college.  I have tried turning off my firewall and my virus protection, re installing and still nothing. Please help out!

I already uninstalled the program that was causing the error but still nothing here it is anyways:

 It is a download failure.

I would recommend that you try downloading your product using the virtual assistant by following the directions here:

Still is not working. I get another error and I have tried it mutiple times.

Sorry, I viewed the last post on mobile and it didn't show the attachment.  Looks like you are missing the 2nd part of your Maya download.  Did you get the whole thing?

That error came from downloading the first part I have to both at the same time?

Yes. Download both. The first part will then extract the 2nd part.

So close but yet another error 😞 this is the farthest it gets before it stops and a new error pops up (image attached with error and progress). It is saying I need to verify that a certain file is there which it is not. It was happily downloading until this.

That's odd that you'd get that on a fresh download. But you can manually
download that from Microsoft and it should skip the prereq check.

SOLUTION: Copied the .bat and made a new one and renamed it a .dll here is step-by-step:
