Hi,
I am signed up for the 3-year educator subscription of Maya 2014. I have a Macbook Pro 10.9 and am able to properly get through the installation steps including verification of the serial number etc, it tells me at the end that the program was installed successfully and I press "done." However, the program is not in my Applications or anywhere else in the computer, I am instead just able to see the Install Maya 2014 icon again and have to go through the whole process again, which brings me back to the "Install Maya 2014" icon again, and I am never able to start the actual program.
I read how I needed to download Maya 2014 SP3 for Mac 10.9 and I tried that (after uninstalling the previously attempted download of Maya 2014) and it still doesn't do anything.
If you know what to do, please let me know!
