I'm trying to install Autodesk Maya 2014 but it doesn't seem to work. I get this strange error saying the following :
C:\Users\Dyon van Essel\AppData\Local\Temp\_AIEBF6.tmp\Setup.exe/s C:\Autodesk_Maya_2014_wi_en-US\ /temp C:\Users\Dyon van Essel\AppData\Local\Temp\_AIEBF6.tmp\ /SecondRun /lang en-US /FirstRunThreadId 1524
The ThreadId changes on every error.
I've tried the following things to fix it :
- The direct installation option from Autodesk
- Download the installer
- Using the Autodesk Installation Manager
- Changing my UAC ( User Account Control )
- Cleaning my Temp folder
- Extern installations ( i'm wanting to install on my D, but because the installer wont start, I can't choose what workstation to use )
- Turning off my FIrewall and complete virusscanner ( Norton Internet Security ) I've also trusted the downloaded setup.
This problem also comes up when trying to install 3ds Max 2014. I should mention I'm using an Student License.
I really don't know what to do anymore, so any help would be really appreciated.
