Hiya Autodesk.
I'm after an activation code for Maya 2013, I have the unopened disk and case though the Product Key did not work for me.
I created a support request on the 15th July, unfortunately I haven't heard back from that yet and I'd love to get these models up and running.

That's great, on the 15th July I received confirmation from customersupport@autodesk.com:
"We're following up on your support request to let you know we created the case below"
But nothing sinc
It would be fantastic if you could resend me that reply - as I'm yet to see it.

i keep getting a error code 11 when trying to activate mine, i cant find any solutions that worked. my old computer had a drive failure and trying to install on my new laptop but it wont let me activate. i am a student and downloaded the student version of maya 2013. i can send any details needed
