max trial not reloading

Hi,

I installed this trial using Windows 7
Someting went wrong in installation so I deleted it from control panel.
If I try and reload it it sys that’s it’s already installed.
If I delete all references to max 2012 in regedit I get the same.

Please how can I get this trial working?
