Map 3D 2011 64bit crach

I installed a student version of Map 3D 2011. When program started, then I always get this error:

Autocad Error Abortion

FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x0000 Exeption At f9748bdch

 

I have Autocad 2007 installed.

 

Ive already installed Map 3D 2011 service pack 1 and 2.

I cleaned up framework and I reainstalled framework 4

and then suddenly got this ERRoR:  CER_86954785

You might have a virus or physical memory error.

 

You already tried the cleanup tool, right?
