M&E Product cannot find license on windows 8 64 bit

This is quite streangth case.

we use Windows 8 64 bit

and Set up M&E Suite on machine

also LM tool on same machine.

LM Tool can normally run. all license available.

Ping on same computer, ok.

but we cannot use all software, always show message cannot find server and License invalid.

then I add ADSKflex_license_file in variable value. problem still remain.

Anyone can advise me for other solution?

this might be an IPV6 issue

just change version of flex LM to 11.10
