LT14 Service Pack 1 Error Code 2349 & 1603

When I try to install Service Pack 1 to LT14 I get the error code 2349 and Error Code 1603. All help appreciated.

Not having any problems with LT14 so not going to bother to install  its too much hassel not having any problems without SP1 so will leave it thanks for help
