LT 2014 serial number invalid

We had 14no. AutoCAD LT subscriptions on the same licence number. The licence number is no longer recognised as valid, despite only being installed on a handful of workstations so far.

Three of the fourteen seats were recently cross-updated to Revit Building Design Suite Premium, so I don't know if this has somehow invalidated the remain 11no. seats?

Thanks, this issue has now been resolved.

The original 14-seat serial number was replaced by a new 11-seat at the time we cross upgraded.
