LT 2012 won't load

I have AutoCadLT 2012.  When I tried to load it today it showed the opening screen, ran through some commands until it hit "Loading Ribbon", where it quit and closed down.  What do I need to do?

Do a repair install of LT or a Windows system restore back to the day when it worked.  Good Luck!
