Lost serial number when PC upgraded

My PC has just been upgraded to windows 7. I need to reinstall Autocad LT 2011 but I can't find the serial Number.

I've logged into my autodesk account but the product's not listed.

Any Idea where can I find the serial number?

regards

Hello and welcome to the Autodesk Community!

I tried finding your license by looking up your email address but our data base does not show you as having any registered serial numbers with us. Please contact our Activation and Licensing team for further information:

1.    Visit http://knowledge.autodesk.com/contactus
2.    Select “Activation & Registration” or “License Management”
3.    Select appropriate subtopics from the pull-down menus.
4.    Select “I Still Need Help”  if you need personal assistance.

Thank you!

Hello,

I have a similar problem regarding my AutoCAD Design Suite Ultimate 2013. The hard drive of the computer (Windows 7) where this program was originally installed will be replaced because of HD errors so I have to reinstall Ultimate Suite in another computer (Windows 8). My problem is that I have the box but the serial number and product key portion at the back doesn't contain the said keys (please see attached photo). If there was supposed to be a sticker or a paper containing the numbers, I seem to have misplaced it. I tried following the customer support suggestions in finding myserial and product key but no such luck. Please advise.

Sorry to hear that.
Because I'd bought the software through a third party as part of a training package, Autodesk were able to track down the details. It took a bit of time and correspondence but their support people were helpful.
good luck

Grant

Hi @plglaserna

If you haven't uninstalled the product from the HD that will be replaced, you can find your serial number by following these steps:

1 - Open one of the suite programs currently installed and activated.

2 - Click on the Help button or the drop-down arrow next to the "?" menu icon.

3 - Click on "About [Product Name]".

4 - Click on Product Information.

5 - Your serial number should be listed there.

AutoCAD Design Suite Ultimate 2013 is not supported on Windows 8, therefore we advise against installing it on this OS as we will not be able to provide support for any issues that may come up.

Please accept as solution if my post fully resolves your issue, or reply with additional details if the problem persists.
