Licensing Maya 2010 under Fedora 14

Hello,

I have some trouble licensing Maya under Fedora!

First I tried following the Installation Guide. Then I got the Problem, that when I tried running maya I got the well know Error "License was not obtained".

After doing a lot of searchin on the web I found some commands I had to enter that brought so far that I was finally asked to get an activation code. I filled clicked through the pages and 3 temporary ESEC2010*.xml files were saved to my local temp file. Furthermore I got an eMail with another ESEC*.xml file.

Now I tried running maya again to tell it to use one of those... but now whenever I try running it I get this message:

maya encountered a fatal error

Signal: 11 (Unknown Signal)

I also found this command:

/usr/autodesk/maya2010-x64/bin/adlmreg -i S 656B1 656B1 2010.0.0.F <mySerial> /var/opt/Autodesk/Adlm/Maya2010/MayaConfig.pit

but all I get back is

Registration failed. Reasons: 13

Can someone guide me? What should I do with the XML files?

Please, please it's almost 3 am here and it's urgent that I get it up and running soon!

Thanks in advance!

I also exported MAYA_DEBUG_ENABLE_CRASH_REPORTING=1

and if I now start maya, the output says:

~$ maya

maya encountered a fatal error

Does this tell anyone something?

Thank you!
