I don't see any problem with the LIC file.  It parses fine.

 

CFD should cascade to the EMS 2014.  Where did you install CFD from?

We downloaded "Autodesk Sİmulation CFD" from academic.autodesk.com  web page.

It's under downloadable programs list.

problem is does the education suite come with CFD design study license which is the user interface for CFD which is required to even open up the program

Hello. CFD is not part of the actual EMS printed license. So, if you have a lic with just the EMS license in it, it is not enough. You will need a license generated for the various CFD parts.

 

If you can access the installer from your login, I would expect you are entitled to it. You should just need to get the additional licenses. You would need an increment for CFD, CFD Design Study, and likely a solving component of some sort.
