I upgraded a users's hard drive and have a licensed copy of autocad 2011. I was told that the original version was downloaded. I am unable to locate a download for autocad 2011 to download and reinstall on the new hard drive with the license. It is for Mac OS X snow leopard. Where can I download autocad 2011 for reinstallation?

You might still be able to download it from their Subscription Center login.
