License upgrade reqd. for 2008 LT to 2010 LT upgrade.

We are currently running AutoCAD 2008 LT at Airbus UK & have it licensed on each PC via an Activation key. We have packaged the AutoCAD 2010 LT version & are about to replace 2008 LT installations with 2010 LT. Will I have to request a new License Activation key for every upgrading PC? This is obviously limited to our contract limit of 57 installations.

Yes LT 2010 would need to be activated online/manually on each computer.
